The “back office” staff deserves some mention, too. “A lot of people don’t realize this, but most agents, even agents working for big brokerages, work solo, trying to do it all themselves. What happens is that things fall through the cracks. They have to show a house so they forget to get the fliers out to a listing client. Or they’re busy with a closing and forget to return a phone call. That rarely happens when you have a great office staff like ours to keep on top of all the details.”

Tani Carr, Broker Associate specializes in bank owned properties and all types of buyer transactions. She has been serving the foothills for 6 years and has joined our team in the last year.
Alexis Loehrer, Broker Associate starter as the Early Group assistant and has recently acquired her brokers license. With experience behind her career, she has started off quickly and is already an experienced buyer specialist.
Deborah Oakes, Broker Associate has lived in Bailey for 15 years and enjoys the outdoors and animals. She is a horse owner and a 4H Mom. This makes her a great advocate for both Buyers and Sellers in horse/agriculture property transactions. Deborah is an agent who loves her career and whose passion is to convert her clients’ home needs and dreams in to reality. She is rapidly becoming a well known agent.

Anita Barker, Broker Associate has been a Realtor with Coldwell Banker for several years and has experience in Residential and Commercial Real Estate. Prior to joining The Early Group, she served the north metro Atlanta area, and now provides her services to the Denver area and Mountain communities.
